When will my fuel be delivered?

If you have chosen a booking slot, that time is guaranteed. Our on-demand service aims to deliver within 20 minutes. Customers can check the estimated delivery time and track the delivery driver's live location through the app or website. TIP: Make sure to enable notifications in the app to receive live updates on your delivery status.

Will the delivery driver contact me upon arrival?

Each order will have a progress bar showing the live status of the driver, On arrival you will receive a message/call according to your contact preferences. (We recommend adjusting your phone settings to allow notifications from the Premium app)

How can I change the fuel type?

Accepted Answer

Once you've confirmed an order, changing the fuel type is not possible. Instead, you’ll need to cancel the existing delivery and place a new order for the correct fuel type.

Question 4

Can I pay by cash?

Yes all PFC members can opt to pay with cash. (We require payment in full before dispensing fuel)

How can I view my order history?

Accepted Answer

You can access your order history in the app by going to the main menu ≡ on the home screen. Select “My Orders” to view all your past and upcoming orders.

Do I need to notify Premium Fuel Club about a change in my number plate?

Accepted Answer

You can update your registration plate through our app for a one-time admin fee of £2.99. Each subscription allows for one vehicle. If you have multiple vehicles, consider the multicar subscription, which accommodates up to three vehicles registered at the same address.

Where can I provide delivery instructions?

You can leave instructions for the driver in a text field that appears when you drop the map pin to select a delivery location in the app.
